4. Worker mandatory training on health and safety in the workplace

Current regulations on health and safety on the workplace (D. Lgs. 81/2008) provides that the Employer will ensure to all workers the opportunity to receive  sufficient and appropriate training on health and safety.

The Agreement between the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, the Ministry of health, the Region Agencies and the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano of December 21, 2011 (published in the Gazzatta Ufficiale  8/2012) has determined the final schedules, minimum contents, methods of implementation and documentation of such training, mandatory for all workers.

Consistently with the objectives stated in its Safety Policy, Fondazione Bruno Kessler, through its Safety and Prevention Unit, aims at  taking the opportunity of this mandatory training to update workers’ "basic" training on safety. To learn more about  this training, please see  the “Formazione” section (Education section) of this site.
